- If you book a call via cal.com, that platform collects your name, email, and selected time slot. Their privacy policy governs that data.
- If you contact us via Instagram or LinkedIn direct message, those platforms’ privacy policies also apply.

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
- Enquiry and contact form data: up to 2 years from last contact, unless you become a client
- Client data: 7 years from the end of the engagement (UK tax and accounting requirements)
- Marketing consent records: until consent is withdrawn, plus 1 year thereafter
- Analytics data: as configured in the analytics platform (typically 14–26 months for Google Analytics)
We will securely delete or anonymise your data once the applicable retention period has expired.

If you are a UK resident and believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. EU residents may contact their local supervisory authority.
9. DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include:
