These Terms do not constitute or replace the terms of any client service agreement. If you engage JT Maison for services, a separate contract will govern that relationship.

Submitting an enquiry via the contact form or booking a discovery call does not constitute a binding contract for services. A contract for services will only exist once both parties have agreed in writing to the terms of a separate client services agreement.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or booking at our sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
