The world's first post-surgical recovery residence.

CLINÈVE is a JT Maison venture, conceived from the ground up to answer a question no one in London had yet resolved: where does a person go after surgery, when home is not enough and a clinic is too much? JT Maison originated the category, the name, the spatial philosophy, the guest journey, and the complete brand identity, in collaboration with Swiss architect Alexandre De-Rungs, whose practice brings the material precision and spatial restraint the concept demands. This is not a treatment space. It is a recovery residence, held to the standard of the world's finest private addresses.

Every detail operates as part of a single continuous experience. From the scented private transfer that collects each guest before arrival, to the silence rooms engineered for sensory restoration, to the recovery protocols within the residence itself, CLINÈVE was built so that the act of recovery becomes the most considered thing a person has ever done for themselves. Architecture, identity, and experience are one system.

Concept & Naming

There was no existing word for what CLINÈVE needed to be. The name had to carry Swiss medical authority, European cultural credibility, and the quiet register of genuine luxury, without borrowing from either the clinic or the spa. It was built from nothing, as a category of one.

In collaboration with architect Alexandre De-Rungs, the spatial identity was developed around restraint as the primary language. White oak, travertine, micro-concrete, and stainless steel — materials chosen not for effect, but for what they communicate without a word spoken. The architecture signals trust before the guest has crossed the threshold.

The CLINÈVE experience begins before arrival. A scented private transfer, calibrated to the residence's own sensory signature, collects each guest and returns them home after their stay. Inside, treatment rooms equipped with advanced recovery technology sit alongside silence rooms engineered for sensory restoration. Every product within CLINÈVE carries Swiss provenance, collaborations limited to the world's most authoritative Swiss skincare houses, chosen not for recognition, but for what they represent. Every moment is designed to the same standard as the surgery that preceded it.
